Beyond basketball, I coach kids and teens in the sport they love — football, hockey, athletics. Athletic fundamentals are universal: speed, strength, coordination, mindset. My pro player experience at the service of Lausanne's youth.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Every young athlete deserves coaching tailored to them.

After more than 10 years as a pro player, I learned one thing: the best progress comes when you take the time to do things right.

With young athletes, it's no different — actually more so. At 10, 13 or 16, the body learns fast — but it needs the right foundations. No shortcuts, no overload. Just good work, done well, with enjoyment and high standards.

Technique & Fundamentals

Every sport has its key movements. We work on them step by step, with repetition and correction, to build a solid base that holds up under pressure.

Physical Preparation

Strength, speed, mobility, endurance — adapted to age and growth stage. No overload, just the right stimulus at the right time.

Mindset & Confidence

Learning to handle setbacks, channel emotions, and build self-confidence. Sport as a school of life.

Fun & Motivation

Without enjoyment, no lasting progress. We keep the drive at the center — challenges, games, progressive goals so each session makes them want to come back.

Each discipline has its specifics, but the fundamentals stay the same: movement, strength, speed, mindset. I coach with the same standards, whatever the sport.

Football

Passing technique, ball control, speed, game reading and physical prep adapted to young footballers. Specific work on agility with and without the ball.

A 9-year-old doesn't learn like a 16-year-old. I build every program around the athlete's age, development stage and goals.

PARENT QUESTIONS

What you're probably wondering.

My child has never done structured sport — is that a problem?

Not at all. I meet every young athlete where they are. Beginners often have the best progress curve — everything to build, no bad habits to correct.

Where do the sessions take place?

Outdoors in Lausanne and surroundings (courts, parks, stadiums) or indoors depending on the sport and season. I adapt to your location.

My child already trains in a club — does this conflict?

On the contrary. Coaching perfectly complements club training: we reinforce weak points, prepare physically, and work on aspects the club doesn't have time to dig into individually.

Is this only for those aiming for elite level?

No. Whether your child dreams of high-level play or simply wants to progress and gain confidence, the coaching adapts. The first goal is for them to grow through sport.
